Replacing injectables with
proprietary mucosal thin films(MTF).

[WE ARE PHARLYFE+,]

We compound and contract manufacture precise, customized mucosal thin films (MTFs) that bypass hepatic first-pass metabolism, delivering the rapid systemic efficacy of a clinical injectable without the hazards of hypodermic needles or the choking risks of pills.

Shorter Passage. Faster Absorption. More Active Drug.

Precise Dosing in every MTF.

Guarantees strict EU Pharmacopeia uniformity (85%-115%).

The global pharmaceutical sector is undergoing a massive structural shift away from traditional dosage forms, propelled by a rapidly aging demographic and surging pet humanization.

Current healthcare delivery ecosystems are paralyzed by the unsustainable operational, economic, and environmental friction of parenteral injections, and the inherent administration and acceptability challenges of conventional solid oral dosage forms (tablets and capsules) for geriatric, pediatric, and veterinary populations.

We offer two strategic pathways to modernize your therapeutics and capture outsized APAC market share: (1) Turnkey MTF Reformulation & Compounding and  (2) Joint IP Co-Development & Exclusive Out-Licensing.

We operate dual capabilities in Singapore: a specialized non-sterile compounding facility at the Temasek Lifesciences Laboratory, and a fully compliant cGMP contract manufacturing hub integrated into Esco Aster's ecosystem to serve both human and veterinary target markets.

LET'S BUILD A MORE EFFICIENT DRUG DELIVERY DOSAGE FORM,TOGETHER.

PharLyfe+ disrupts legacy oral thin film CDMOs by replacing high-MOQ, high-heat (80°C-165°C) solvent casting and hot melt extrusion with proprietary <40°C volumetric dispensing. This decouples uniformity from viscosity, safely converting liquid injectables into exact-dose mucosal films to produce urgent, heat-sensitive therapeutics.

Our STORY AND company purpose

To take the struggle out of healing and wellness

Founded in 2023 in Singapore, PharLyfe+ was born from a profound clinical observation. Serving as front-line pharmacists, our co-founders witnessed firsthand the severe physical and emotional friction inherent in traditional drug delivery — from patients terrified of injection needles to vulnerable individuals lacking adequate vascular access. We recognized that true healthcare should not force patients to depend solely on hospital-administered injections, nor should treatments for acute conditions like seizures require highly visible, undignified interventions.

Driven by the ethos of Empowerment, Dignity, and Independence, we engineered our first-in-class Mucosal Thin Films (MTF) to put control back into the hands of patients and caregivers. Today, that foundational mission fuels our trajectory as we scale into the Asia-Pacific region’s premier drug-delivery CDMO. By evolving from a specialized clinical compounding service into a global pharmaceutical technology platform, we are actively co-developing proprietary MTF portfolios with strategic partners to eliminate needle trauma, cold-chain logistics, and biohazardous waste on a global scale.
